Sophie focuses on supporting veterans, first responders, and their families, concentrating on treating PTSD, operational stress injuries, depression, and anxiety. She has extensive experience facilitating support groups and workshops on emotional regulation, social skills, and stress management. She works with diverse clients, such as military families, veterans, and neurodivergent youth and children. In addition, Sophie has led parenting programs and psychoeducation workshops and contributed to initiatives addressing intimate partner violence and promoting respectful relationships.

Trained in evidence-based therapies such as Prolonged Exposure Therapy (PE) and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Sophie helps clients navigate trauma, life transitions, grief, substance use, relationship challenges, self-esteem, and personal growth. Her person-centred, empathic, and collaborative approach integrates Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness to create personalized treatment plans.
