Dwayne has been working in private practice since 2017. He offers services to adults presenting with mental health concerns including stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, and return to work. He has a particular interest in working with veterans and first responders, and workers experiencing high workplace stress, extended leave and return to work. He has significant experience working with first responders and others exposed to trauma and veterans. He believes in a holistic approach to mental health and in conjunction with a cognitive-behavioural based treatment approach, he promotes exercise, healthy diet, yoga, and mindfulness to support well-being and effective coping. Personally, he likes to push himself physically and mentally and enjoys high intensity training, cycling, running, hiking, and exploring new places and activities.
